Help needed

    I have a lifetime membership, but I don’t seem to have access to the premium features.

    I’ve used the “contact us” link twice to get help with no response.

    Hi Rod,
    I’ve sent you responses, so I apologize if you haven’t received them. Can you describe what you are seeing when you click on the premium tool tabs?

    I found your previous messages in my junk folder.

    Here are some screenshots from my phone that should give you a good idea of where to start troubleshooting. (I tried to send an email, but I couldn’t. I couldn’t find a way to add images here.)

    I don’t have a premium tool tab. I only have 2 courses.

    It shows that I have a lifetime membership, but I don’t seem to have premium access.

    The courses are broken on the laptop as well.
