    Hi Rod,
I’ve sent you responses, so I apologize if you haven’t received them. Can you describe what you are seeing when you click on the premium tool tabs?

      Hi, Zachary,

I get the following error message on mobile and laptop:

Warning: Undefined array key “show-protected-courses” in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/memberpress-courses/app/controllers/Courses.php on line 505

Thanks, I’ll look into that and get it fixed. It shouldnt affect functionality so just ignore it for now.

    Hi, Zachary,

I found your previous messages in my junk folder.

Here are some screenshots from my phone that should give you a good idea of where to start troubleshooting. (I tried to send an email, but I couldn’t. I couldn’t find a way to add images here.)

    I don’t have a premium tool tab. I only have 2 courses.

It shows that I have a lifetime membership, but I don’t seem to have premium access.

    Thanks,

    Rod

P.S. The problem is limited to my phone, apparently.

The courses are broken on the laptop as well.

I’ve got the same issue when trying to use on my iphone or ipad. Does seem to work fine on laptop, but would be more useful to me if was able to use on mobile.

    Hi guys,

So I think the issue is that it is all the way at the bottom of the news feed on mobile on the footer menu, and the newsfeed loads more a few times before the bottom is reached, which makes it harder to access, but it should still be there for everyone.

Admittedly that’s not ideal, so I’ll see what I can do today to get it on the header menu.

    Sorry about that.

Ok, I found a workaround. I’ll have to do more work on that long-term, but you should be able to access it more easily on mobile.
